Job Summary: As a Customer Relations Representative, you will work closely with clients to provide essential support that strengthens customer relationships and enhances overall satisfaction. Primary Responsibilities:
Assist clients with inquiries, providing accurate information, addressing concerns, and routing requests to the appropriate department when necessary.

Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals, emphasizing the benefits and features of the products/services provided.

Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, management, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in customer service and management, particularly in the insurance industry, is beneficial.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients and cultivate relationships.
Proficient problem-solving and negotiation abilities to resolve issues and achieve customer satisfaction.
Solid computer skills, including familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
