What You Will Be Doing Develop and sustain a robust sales pipeline focused on private schools, ensuring clear oversight from initial contact through deal closure.
Deliver engaging presentations that highlight our innovative learning approach, addressing the needs of stakeholders.
Independently manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, aiming to surpass ambitious revenue goals.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within the private school sector.
Utilize our CRM to keep precise records and forecasts.
What You Won’t Be Doing Leading a team - this role is all about hands-on sales execution as an individual contributor.
Adhering to strict processes - you'll be the architect of our market entry strategy.
Relying on extensive support teams for lead generation or deal closing.
Selling a non-unique product in a saturated market.
Account Director Key Responsibilities Boost revenue by securing contracts for our 2 Hour Learning solution with private schools, establishing a formidable market presence, and achieving consistent, scalable growth year after year.
Basic Requirements Minimum of 3 years in B2B sales with a proven history of meeting or exceeding revenue objectives.
Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
Preferably familiar with education markets (US K-12 schools) or related fields such as EdTech, SaaS, or services.
Strong skills in consultative selling and relationship building.
Proficient in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
US residency is required.
In-depth knowledge of the U.S. private school market.
Willingness to travel 50-75% for client meetings and events.

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
