We seek a Senior Account Director located in the San Francisco Bay Area to strengthen our executive team. As a strategic leader at BairesDev, the Account Director will cultivate enduring partnerships with clients at the C-suite level, overseeing critical client portfolio relationships and uncovering new market opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- Establish enduring strategic partnerships with clients and introduce our organization to prospective/recommended clients via consultations, understanding their objectives and priorities.
- Develop Account Strategies and deliver reports on revenue expansion and team growth metrics to the Global Account Manager or Account Directors.
- Perform industry analysis to discover growth potential, evaluate client requirements, and create and present proposals for relevant solutions.
- Actively pursue new opportunities via client recommendations, professional connections, and digital platforms.
- Generate new business opportunities to expand revenue, facilitate negotiations, and finalize agreements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Staffing, Sales, Business Development) to optimize outcomes.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 8 years of proven success in sales leadership, client partnership, or engagement director roles within Technology/IT sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in client relationship leadership including successful agreement completion and cultivating sustained client alliances.
- Prior background as a Software Engineer (Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical qualification) is highly valuable.
- Must be located in the San Francisco Bay Area.
- Experience with Technology (SaaS) or Financial Services is a strong advantage.
