Selling ideas fearlessly and confidently while keeping things simple, organized, and clear – even in the most complex situations – so that we can make great work.ResponsibilitiesClient focusManages key client and creative relationships for a big book of business and multiple accounts.Partners with clients to develop their goals and marketing strategies, adding strategic value and ensuring that they get the best results from the whole agency team.Drives decisions (as opposed to taking orders) in a way that yields sustained, measurable resultsMaintains knowledge of all performance measures and budgets for client accountsTakes a leadership role in understanding and uncovering client motivations/needsSeeks opportunities to advance the client relationship and build Agency businessDisplays powerful presentation skills that invite participation and effect desired outcomesAgency/teamEnsures work is client-ready by paying astute attention to strategy and detailAdvocates for and can speak to the creative work and bring the client along in the lifecycleCoaches, manages, and grows others on the team to maximum potentialFosters teamwork; inspires and motivates action across departments and disciplinesBuilds relationships of confidence and trust with all senior Agency personnel and works closely with Leadership on performance reviews and goal settingProcessAccountable for on-time, on-budget completion of all projects and the reporting of budget status to clients and internalWHO ARE WE LOOKING FORA big strategic thinker who understands overarching goals & objectives both internally and with client work, balanced with the ability to make decisions and recommend actionable strategyExcels in problem solving and navigating complexityCurious with an appetite to learn and teach, coach & manageExcellent client-facing skills and able to quickly build trust in the relationshipSuperb communication and presentation skills – you’re articulate, straightforward and engagingProven leadership ability with a focus on team.
