Overview Remedy is hiring an experienced Account Director to be a key driver of growth, managing high-value client relationships and shaping the future of our video production company.
This is a hybrid strategic, sales, and account management role—perfect for someone who loves building relationships, spotting opportunities, and contributing to the company’s long-term success.
Key Responsibilities Business Development/Revenue Growth: Identify prospects, schedule capabilities meetings, collaborate with internal teams to create treatments and pitches. Nurture through the sales cycle. Close and maintain new client opportunities to expand our portfolio. Meet and exceed sales targets through a mix of organic account growth and new client acquisition.
Account Management: Foster long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth. Act as the bridge between clients and the production team, ensuring clear communication and project success. Manage projects within budget.
Project Leadership: Collaborate with the internal management team (creative, production, post-production) to align project execution with client objectives.
What You Bring 7+ years in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in creative services, video production, or advertising.
Understanding of video production processes (pre-production to delivery).
Proven track record of closing deals and growing client accounts.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
A network of potential clients or agency contacts is a plus.
