This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work, and driving business growth. The Account Supervisor plays a crucial role in aligning client goals with agency capabilities, managing cross-functional teams, and fostering strong client relationships. The Account Supervisor will report into an Account Director for client support and escalation as well as career counseling and growth.**Key Responsibilities:*** Lead client projects and forge relationships across the business both internally and with clients* Lead teams through small to large scale initiatives with oversight of day-to-day tasks* Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and seamless execution of campaigns and projects* Manage timelines, schedules, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on track and meet deadlines* Prepare meeting agendas, recaps, status reports, and other client-facing documentation* Monitor project budgets and assist with billing, estimates, and tracking expenses* Partner with creative and production teams to ensure integrated campaign delivery* Demonstrate strong presentation and effective communication skills**Additional Requirements:*** Our client is a leading creative software company based on the West Coast; therefore, you must work PST hours, regardless of your location* Must be adaptable, ready to roll with the punches, wear multiple hats, and help build processes where they may not currently exist* A consultative approach to client management is essential. This is not just an order-taking role* Enthusiasm is a must! We're working with a major tech client on a new and evolving engagement. While not everything is ironed out yet, we're having a great time and looking for team members who share that positive, collaborative energy**Additional Information**The anticipated base salary range for this position is $68,000 - $110,400. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
