Overview We’re partnering with a growing SaaS company looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join their team. This is a fully remote role reporting to the Corporate Controller. You will manage daily accounting operations and the monthly close, serving as a trusted right hand to the Controller while mentoring a growing team. What You’ll Do Lead accounting close activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis Oversee daily accounting operations with a focus on payroll, cash management, accounts payable, and operating expenses Supervise and mentor a team of 2 accountants, with plans to expand the group in the near future Review and improve accounting processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency Manage vendor, payroll, and banking relationships while supporting external audit requests Ensure compliance with US GAAP and tax regulations (payroll, income, property, and local taxes) What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required 5+ years of progressive accounting experience (public/private mix strongly preferred; SaaS-only private experience will be considered) Strong understanding of US GAAP (ASC 606, ASC 842, ASC 805, ASC 718) CPA strongly preferred Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, respectful leadership style — cultural fit is critical Strong systems skills (Intacct and Nexonia a plus; advanced Excel expected) Bonus: 15% target, paid quarterly and tied to company sales performance How to Apply If you are interested, please apply here or email Chris Nappi at cnappi@daleyaa.com Additional Details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Accounting/Auditing Industries: Staffing and Recruiting We’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
