Manages new and existing clients, maintains strong relationships with key client stakeholders and carriers and is responsible for policy compliance and human resources functions.This role will ideally report to our NYC, Wall Street office on a hybrid work schedule. We will consider remote options for highly qualified candidates with experience in High-Net-Worth Personal Lines and who can work on EST schedule. Title and salary will be commensurate with experience and knowledge.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with complex and large clients. Act as the subject matter expert on Property & Casualty and carrier products and servicesMaintains and manages solid relationships with clients and carrier sales representatives. Negotiate with carriers for the best possible resultExpected to manage a book of business of approximately 125-175 accounts while contributing to the sales effort of the officeWork with internal and external centers of influence to develop relationshipsWork with the Senior Leadership team to develop regional client deliverables. Ensure deliverables are executed within the local office(s) and that they are complete, accurate and conform to NFP standards. Make adjustments as necessaryAttend renewal and strategy meetings with high-profile or difficult clients. Manage team structure and monitor team workload to determine capacity to take on new clientsKnowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities: Familiarity with major markets, such as AIG, Chubb, PURE and BerkleyOne and Cincinnati. This includes knowledge of their products, appetite and experience with their quoting systemsComprehensive experience with the metropolitan New York metro area markets, highly preferredExcellent written communication skills - writes clearly; edits work for spelling and grammar; varies writing style to meet needs; presents numeric data effectively; able to read and interpret written informationSelf-confident to make sound independent decisionsAbility to successfully interact with a variety of people/personalitiesStrong leadership skillsMust be able to read, analyze and reconcile financial reportsPossess technical expertise plus good analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to handle situations in a calm, courteous and professional mannerEducation and/or Experience: At least 10 years of Personal Lines industry and product line experience with extensive High Net Worth Account/Client Management experience. The base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $163,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.NFP and You...
