If so, come join our founding team of AI Deployment Consultants who ensure customers maximize their value from AI Prospector (AIP) and are delighted with their experience. This role is for someone who thrives on wearing multiple hats as they support customer stakeholders and the Nooks CSM throughout the customer journey … onboarding new users, monitoring deployment health, proactively identifying adoption issues, optimizing the AI configuration to stay aligned with GTM initiatives, and measuring AIP results. Customer value is the key to successful renewals and expansions, and our AI Deployment Consultants play a key role in change management and AIP deployment success.
Responsibilities Support a portfolio of accounts, maximizing the adoption and impact of AI Prospector for users and key stakeholders.
Onboard new users, ensuring the seamless integration of AIP into their outbound sales process.
Work with key stakeholders to gather requirements and update the AIP setup accordingly (e.g. email templates, signal configuration), collaborating with Engineering as required.
Monitor AIP product usage, deployment metrics, and user feedback to identify deployment quality issues or areas for optimization.
Assist with Technical Support for your customers as needed.
Join the CSM in customer check-ins to share AIP outcomes, address any issues, and identify opportunities for optimization.
Serve as the voice of the customer within Nooks, providing product feedback to ensure customer requirements are successfully met.
Requirements 2-3 years of enterprise SaaS implementation and onboarding experience with Fortune 500 customers
Domain expertise in Revenue or Sales Operations with a solid understanding of sales prospecting tools and workflows.
Experience with the sales tech stack (workflow and integrations), including Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, and Salesloft.
Outstanding customer management skills (discovery, advisory, project management, and stakeholder management)
Experience managing multiple customer engagements simultaneously and ensuring a successful and timely completion
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
Proven success at an early-stage company, demonstrating adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Highly collaborative and proactive problem-solver with excellent organizational skills
Nice to have Experience with AI prompting and building workflows
