Overview

Akkodis is seeking a Senior AI Product Analyst for a full-time role with a growing and well-funded startup in the San Francisco Bay Area. The candidate selected will ideally have 5+ years of experience. This position can be fully remote.

Base pay range: $180,000.00/yr - $190,000.00/yr

Location: San Francisco, CA (remote eligible) | Employment type: Full-time | Salary range: 180-190K

Building out their security team is an essential part of the company’s success.

Responsibilities

• Interview CEO users and internal stakeholders to establish success criteria
• Create evaluation rubrics for core capabilities and desired behaviors/outputs
• Work with engineering to implement measurement approaches (e.g., LLM-as-judge)
• Analyze results and iterate on evaluation criteria based on self-research, diagnosis, and user feedback; review traces and conversations
• Generate hypotheses for improvement, iterate on prompts, make suggestions to engineering, and run experiments

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Senior AI Product Analyst or equivalent level for a full-time role
• Location: San Francisco, CA or remote
• Strong ability to design and execute product evaluation architectures and measurement frameworks
