Now Hiring: AI Solutions Analyst Location: Remote What you’ll do: As an AI Solutions Analyst, you’ll join our client’s fast-moving intelligence team that’s redefining how businesses extract actionable insights from conversation data. You’ll be building AI-powered solutions that turn messy transcripts into clear business outcomes — whether it’s for coaching, compliance, or strategic decision-making. Here’s what you’ll be working on: Build AI-driven customer intelligence solutions using a scientific, insight-first approach Identify meaningful patterns in call data that directly drive business results Rapidly prototype and refine solutions using internal platforms and tools like OpenAI Collaborate closely with the AI and Product teams to solve real-world customer problems Roll up your sleeves and iterate fast based on direct customer feedback Help maintain our speed, quality, and clarity as we scale across clients and use cases About You: You’re a critical thinker who connects data to impact — not just dashboards You’re excited by ambiguity and energized by complex, unsolved problems You adapt fast to new AI tools and bring a scientific approach to solution design You’re collaborative, hands-on, and not afraid to dive into messy data Must-have skills: Strong critical thinking and structured problem-solving Great communication skills — written and verbal — to collaborate with both tech and non-tech teammates Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Claude, or other LLMs (prompt engineering, experimentation, etc.) Nice to have: background in data annotation, QA, or business intelligence/analytics This role is not for you if: You prefer fixed 90-day roadmaps over rapid iteration You’re uncomfortable working in fast-evolving environments You’d rather analyze in isolation than solve business problems collaboratively What do you get with Awesomic?
