Key Responsibilities :
Develop and test novel deep learning architectures, spanning NLP, computer vision, and autonomous decision-making.
Lead pioneering research projects across reinforcement learning, transformer models, and agentic systems.
Prototype scalable AI systems and guide their evolution from experimental to production-grade.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to deploy real-world applications of complex models.
Share research findings internally and externally through papers, open-source contributions, or industry engagement.
Ideal Candidate Background :
PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Applied Mathematics, or related discipline (or equivalent practical research experience).
Demonstrated expertise in at least one key area : transformer networks, multi-modal modeling, reinforcement learning, or large language model optimization.
Proven record of peer-reviewed publications at top-tier venues such as NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL, or CVPR.
Experience with ML frameworks and tools like PyTorch, JAX, Hugging Face libraries, or RLlib.
Strong ability to translate research theory into robust, efficient code for production environments.
Preferred Qualifications :
Familiarity with safety, interpretability, or alignment research in artificial intelligence.
Previous exposure to AGI-level systems or autonomous agents in complex environments.
Adaptability and drive to work in a fast-paced, early-stage innovation environment.
Compensation and Benefits :
Competitive base salary of $180,000–$250,000
