Overview Innovative Driven is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to assist rapidly growing employment practice with three to five plus years of commercial litigation experience, ideally in the technology, consumer products, financial services, renewable energy, or real estate industries. A successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to leverage their litigation experience and entrepreneurial spirit to resolve clients’ most pressing concerns in a highly interactive team environment. This is a full-time and hybrid position at an AmLaw firm in San Francisco, CA . Responsibilities Draft, review and revise agreements and legal documents Resolve disputes through litigation, including drafting legal documents and preparing for court Draft, review, and revise demand letters, case pleadings, and motion papers in commercial litigation matters Assist with all substantive aspects of discovery, including drafting discovery requests and responses, and preparing for depositions Support business transactions by preparing ancillary agreements and reviewing key deal terms to help close matters efficiently and cleanly Manage client development, marketing and the growth of the firm Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in commercial litigation Licensed to practice law in California Employment details Employment type: Full-time Work arrangement: Hybrid Industry: Legal Services Location: San Francisco, CA
