What to Expect
Design and implement a digital risk management framework aligned with corporate objectives and regulatory requirements
Lead development and execution of digital risk management strategies to support compliance for global business pursuits
Manage a geographically distributed team, focusing on talent acquisition, retention, and employee development
Conduct enterprise-wide risk assessments to identify and analyze current and emerging digital risks
Collaborate with various business units and functions to enhance the digital risk service portfolio
What is Required (Qualifications)
University Degree in Business, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience
At least 5 years of leadership experience in digital risk management, cybersecurity, or a related discipline
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Strong understanding of digital risk management frameworks and best practices
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
3+ years of experience in a top-tier risk advisory or management consulting firm or Financial Services
Proven track record of transforming digital risk management programs in large organizations
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC
Experience in areas such as incident response, business continuity, and cloud security
General knowledge of cybersecurity-related laws and regulations
