Develop and execute property-specific strategies and analyze major leasing decisions. Perform feasibility studies and evaluate property-level performance against industry benchmarks. Prepare quarterly and annual property reports and budgets for a portfolio of assets. Assist in the review of valuation models and participate in acquisition and disposition processes. Communicate with third-party property management and leasing personnel. Review lease submittal packages and evaluate prospective tenant businesses. Collect and analyze relevant market reports and transaction-related data. Support compliance with asset-specific lender requirements. Enforce internal audit requirements with third-party providers. Required Experience: 2 – 5 years of experience in the commercial and/or multi-family real estate industry. Property level experience is a plus. Qualifications: Four-year undergraduate degree in Business or related field; postgraduate education is a plus. Strong computer literacy including fluency with Argus, VTS, RealPage, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Effective interpersonal, communication, and analytical problem-solving skills. Ability to understand and interpret commercial lease agreements. Demonstrated prioritization, organization, and time management skills. Willingness to travel for asset management-related property visits. Salary Range: $105,000 - $115,000 annually, including salary and incentive pay.
