What You Will Be Doing Spearhead our national facilities strategy: delivering 25-30 campuses through new construction, major renovations, and bulletproof operational systems
Build and lead a high-performance team with complete P&L authority over the facilities division
Architect and implement enterprise-wide standards across procurement, security, furnishings, IT infrastructure, and brand presence
Pioneer AI-enhanced playbooks and service level agreements that eliminate friction and accelerate our expansion velocity
Work directly with our founder while orchestrating cross-functional execution with legal, finance, and compliance teams to meet non-negotiable launch deadlines

Associate Partner Key Responsibilities Champion the nationwide delivery, enhancement, and sustainability of our physical infrastructure—ensuring every campus launches on schedule, meets our exacting standards, and operates within scalable, AI-optimized systems that support our educational mission.
Basic Requirements Minimum 10 years professional experience, with 5+ years at tier-one consulting (McKinsey, Bain, or BCG) at Principal, Partner, or Associate Partner level
Demonstrated excellence leading multi-site, time-sensitive implementation projects with significant real-world impact
Executive leadership experience overseeing new construction, facility renovations, and operational systems at national/global scale
Practical expertise in retail development and/or enterprise-wide maintenance programs where standardization and launch readiness were essential
Proven capability building and directing high-caliber teams with full budget responsibility and P&L accountability
Superior analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement, and communication capabilities
Demonstrated success operating autonomously with urgency and accountability in high-growth or private equity environments
Authorization to work in the U.S. and willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time
Nice-to-have Requirements Background launching or expanding regulated businesses across multiple locations
Experience in education, retail, or healthcare sectors where facility readiness was a critical path element
Success developing and deploying AI-enhanced operational frameworks

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $400 USD/hour, which equates to $800,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
