Overview As a BPO Associate Partner, you'll be instrumental in growing our BPO business, developing client solutions, managing contracts, and overseeing project delivery. Your role and responsibilities Develop and drive the BPO business with core focus on: build up BPO pipeline Hold client meetings to present IBM BPO and build up client relationships Develop client solutions and IBM offer with the BPO solutioning team to reflect client requirements and needs Run contracting process with clients Oversee delivery of small to medium deals with support of the IBM BPO delivery team This job can be performed from anywhere in the US Required technical and professional expertise Sales expertise BPO experience Industry alignment to Telco, Manufacturing, Energy, and/or Tech IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
