Job Description: As an Associate Partner in HR Transformation, Business Sales & Delivery Executive for Oracle (Band 10), you will lead transformation projects focused on Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. Your responsibilities include driving business growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful delivery of consulting engagements. Your roles and responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Manage relationships with key client stakeholders, understanding their business needs and objectives. Business Development: Lead sales efforts for Oracle HCM solutions, identifying new opportunities and expanding existing accounts. Solution Design and Strategy: Develop and present Oracle HCM transformation strategies and roadmaps aligned with industry best practices. Project Delivery: Oversee project execution, resource management, risk mitigation, change management, and quality assurance. Thought Leadership: Represent IBM at industry events, publish thought leadership pieces, and contribute to solution development. Team Leadership and Mentoring: Lead and mentor consulting teams, fostering continuous learning and innovation. Financial Management: Manage project budgets and ensure profitability. Partnership: Collaborate with Oracle's sales, product, and technical teams for aligned and effective solution delivery. This position can be performed remotely from anywhere in the US. Required technical and professional expertise Minimum 10 years in HR transformation, consulting, or related fields, with at least 5 years in leadership roles. Proven success in delivering large-scale HCM transformation projects. Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM suite (Fusion HCM, Taleo, Workday, SuccessFactors, etc.) and relevant technologies. Expertise in Oracle HCM implementation, integration, and customization. Strong business acumen to leverage technology for business value. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, thriving in fast-paced environments.
