Veriff is actively hiring an Associate Solutions Engineer for our US operations. The Associate Solutions Engineer will work cross-functionally to provide technical insight and expertise related to prospects and/or customers. This role will provide technical and product support throughout the pre-sales, sales, and post-sales processes, driving the internal advancement of customer requirements and ultimately ensuring customer success.
You’ll Help Us Protect Honest People Online By
Partnering with Account Executives to drive complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles across industries
Working closely with the sales team on account strategy and identifying additional opportunities in existing accounts
Decreasing the time to revenue when aligning a customer to their implementation and onboarding
Building and maintaining trust with customers by leveraging client context to understand customer goals and create a value-based relationship
Developing and delivering exceptional company/product presentations and demonstrations
Working with Product Management and Engineering to provide feedback from the field and represent the customer perspective to develop a more robust and innovative core product
Managing customer integrations, POCs, and developing plans that are tailored to each client's needs to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery
You are the right future Veriffian for the job if:
A history of performing the role’s responsibilities, such as Demo, provisioning, requirement elicitation, testing, triage, QBR, and renewals
Experience and understanding of technical concepts with customer deployments and wider typical customer SaaS ecosystems (API’s/Webhooks, SDKs, Web Services, SaaS services, SaaS models)
Conduct in-depth discovery with clients to ascertain key requirements, translating business objectives into technical specifications, and ensuring successful project execution. Elicit and define client objectives, developing and executing strategies to ensure all outcomes align with their core goals.
Previous experience interfacing with customers regarding highly technical solutions, preferably software
Curiosity and eagerness to learn about identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance technology
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language for non-technical audiences and stakeholders.
You’re An Especially Awesome Match If You Have
2+ years of Solution Engineering Experience
Familiarity with KYC/AML, digital identity verification, fraud detection, or fintech.

This is an entry-level role designed to provide exposure to customer-facing technical work. Successful candidates can grow into Solutions Engineer, Senior Solutions Engineer, or Technical Account Manager roles, with opportunities to specialize in enterprise accounts, technical architecture, or vertical solutions.
