Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced AG Strategy Consultant to join our dynamic Authentication Guarantee Operations team. This role involves leading the development of a 3-year strategic plan, conducting market research, and identifying industry trends to support the long-term vision of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management consulting, exceptional analytical skills, and experience in ecommerce or related fields. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of the company's 3-year strategy, including research, analysis, and synthesis of strategic priorities. Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, opportunities, and threats. Develop strategic and analytical frameworks for assessing potential new offerings. Evaluate future partners and technologies to support the company's vision. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage junior consultants across multiple workstreams. Must-Have Skills: Strong synthesis and strategic communication abilities. Proven leadership and team management experience. In-depth knowledge of ecommerce, marketplace, or operations as a service. Industry Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a top-tier management consulting firm. Experience in ecommerce or related fields is a must.
