Role Overview

Join a stealth-mode Web3 startup founded by a former Robinhood Crypto engineer and backed by a powerhouse team with experience at Facebook, LinkedIn, and Robinhood. This company is building a real-time, AI-powered trading platform on Solana thats currently in private beta. As a founding backend engineer, youll play a pivotal role in shaping bleeding-edge infrastructure and redefining the trader experience in crypto.

This is a rare opportunity to join a small, high-performing team at the ground level, own major greenfield initiatives, and get rewarded with early liquidity through a non-dilutive token grant.

Key Responsibilities

Design and build high-throughput, low-latency backend trading systems Take full ownership of new product features from ideation to deployment Operate at startup speed: rapid shipping, tight feedback loops, real production impact Uphold engineering best practices: thoughtful code reviews, clean architecture, and continuous refactoring Contribute to the companys technical direction and culture

Education & Qualifications

Proven experience building and maintaining backend systems at scale Fluency with modern backend technologies: Golang, Kafka, Clickhouse, PostgreSQL, Prometheus, and Grafana Strong product ownership mindset comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment Ability to debug and iterate quickly in production environments

Preferred Experience

Prior experience in crypto or Web3 infrastructure Exposure to trading systems or real-time data architectures Experience working in startup environments or small, high-impact teams
