Qualifications 1+ years of wage & hour employment litigation experience (defense experience at firms like Ogletree or Jackson Lewis strongly preferred; FEHA or PAGA experience a plus). Eagerness to focus on wage and hour class actions/PAGA litigation; full training provided. Ability to work remotely across California with occasional travel (1-2 times/month). First week in-person in Los Angeles for onboarding and systems training; fully remote thereafter. Procedural rigor, professional demeanor, and drive to excel in a high-demand practice.
