Role Overview As LegalOn’s Brand Design Director, you’ll be at the center of shaping our next chapter. You’ll own and elevate our visual identity across every channel and touchpoint, ensuring the brand is consistent, creative, and memorable. From digital campaigns to events, social content to sales collateral, your work will define how thousands of legal professionals experience and engage with LegalOn.
This is a leadership and design direction opportunity that blends hands-on execution with creative strategy. You’ll build the systems and assets that bring our upcoming rebrand to life while scaling with our growth. Partnering closely with marketing, product, and leadership, you’ll craft compelling visual stories that strengthen LegalOn’s position as the global leader in legal AI. To extend the reach of your vision, you’ll also expand our design capacity by collaborating with contractors and boutique agencies on a project basis.
Responsibilities Brand identity – own and evolve LegalOn’s visual language to ensure a consistent, modern, and trusted presence across global markets.
Web design – design and optimize web pages, marketing sites, and landing experiences.
Marketing & sales assets – design campaigns, presentations, events, social, swag, product graphics, and merchandising materials that drive engagement and conversion.
Templates & systems – build scalable design systems and templates to enable consistency and efficiency as the brand grows.
Creative production – produce across diverse mediums including motion graphics, video, and photography, translating briefs into high-impact concepts and assets.
Optimization & direction – test and refine creative for performance and brand impact; provide art direction to external agencies and partners.
Design collaboration – partner with the Global Design team and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure visual alignment across marketing, product, and global markets.
Innovation – stay current on design, technology, and cultural trends to keep LegalOn’s brand forward-looking.
Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a brand, marketing, or visual designer, ideally at an agency or B2B SaaS startup that has scaled to Series C and beyond
A portfolio that demonstrates excellence in typography, color, composition, motion, and storytelling across multiple channels.
Expertise with Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite; proficiency in Webflow or similar web design platforms.
Strong communicator with the ability to explain and present design decisions to cross-functional partners.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, able to prioritize, adapt, and deliver on tight deadlines.
Bonus: experience with motion design, video editing, 3D, photography, or light front-end coding (HTML/CSS).
Excited to experiment with AI design tools to increase creativity and velocity.

The salary range for this role is $140,000 - $180,000 . Salary may vary depending on relevant experience, skills, geographic location, and business needs. In addition to base pay, LegalOn offers equity, healthcare benefits and paid time off.
