Employees champion community charities by donating funds and volunteering their time and skills.About The RoleThe Digital Marketing Director, Paid Media, will lead the strategy, management, and execution of client paid media plans, collaborating with teams across the US, including travel as needed. This role suits an ambitious professional eager to grow within a fast-paced, international environment. The director will help expand the agency’s paid media practice through hiring, team leadership, and developing new business opportunities, working closely with client engagement and account teams.The role requires client-facing skills, technical expertise, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work across teams and practice areas.Purpose of the RoleThe Director, Paid Media, will deliver top-tier paid media campaigns, overseeing strategy, execution, and reporting across channels like paid search, programmatic, and paid social. The individual will serve as the primary SME for clients, providing strategic insights, analysis, and reporting. They will support the growth of TEAM LEWIS' paid media offerings, mentor junior staff, and collaborate on strategy development and training.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild strategic relationships with clients, providing insights and partnership in paid media and digital marketing.Ensure excellent communication, define KPIs, deadlines, and service agreements.Deliver value-added consultancy, proactively recommending industry best practices and benchmarks.Manage account profitability and optimize revenues.Oversee campaign budgets, performance analysis, and optimization to meet KPIs.Participate in new business pitches and develop innovative strategies.Create paid media plans, manage vendor relationships, and integrate campaigns across disciplines.Lead and mentor team members, supporting their professional development.Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and expand the client portfolio.Promote TEAM LEWIS’ brand, values, and work externally and internally.About YouYou are an experienced Paid Media professional with a successful background in agency or in-house roles, skilled in executing digital campaigns and leading strategy. You thrive on seeing campaigns generate ROI, are passionate about learning, collaborative, energetic, and capable of working under tight deadlines while fostering a positive team environment.
