About The Role The Digital Marketing Director, Paid Media will lead the strategy, management, and implementation of client paid media plans and activations. This includes collaboration with other TEAM LEWIS teams such as Creative, Content, PR, Research, Performance + Analytics, SEO, and Integrated Strategy. The role involves working with teams and clients across the US, with some travel expected.
This position is suited for an ambitious professional eager to grow, thrive in a fast-paced international environment, and build out the agency’s paid media practice through leadership, new business development, and team management. Strong client-facing skills, technical knowledge, and organizational abilities are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with clients, providing insights and partnership in paid media and digital marketing.
Ensure excellent communication, define KPIs, deadlines, and service agreements.
Deliver consultancy, manage campaigns, and proactively recommend industry best practices.
Manage account profitability and optimize revenues.
Oversee campaign budgets and performance data analysis, providing insights and recommendations.
Participate in new business pitches to showcase TEAM LEWIS’s paid media capabilities.
Develop audits, strategies, and tactics for clients.
Create paid media plans, manage vendor relationships, and integrate campaigns across disciplines.
Lead and mentor team members, supporting their development and training.
Promote the TEAM LEWIS brand and support internal and external opportunities.
About You You are an experienced Paid Media professional with a successful track record in agency or in-house roles, passionate about digital campaigns, and eager to lead and grow in a dynamic environment. You possess strong collaboration, communication, and analytical skills, with experience managing teams and client relationships.
Additional Requirements
Extensive experience with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Twitter, StackAdapt, The Trade Desk, etc.
Strong bid and budget management skills, content strategy, and planning expertise.
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships at all levels.
Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
Leadership experience in managing and mentoring junior staff.
Excellent project management, attention to detail, and familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.
Strong research, writing, presentation, and communication skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and adapt quickly.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

The salary range is $103K - $120K, depending on experience and location.
