We have been engaged by our venture capital client based in the Washington, DC Metro area to assist with hiring a CFO. This is a visible/hands-on role and will lead financial statement preparation, interaction with investors and related capital calls, strategic planning, budgeting-forecasting, analytics & KPIs, oversight of treasury, coordination of 3rd party administrators, and oversee year-end audit. Compensation includes base and bonus in the $300K’s + bonus + equity. Must be DMV based …hybrid 2 days a week in office with flexibility.
