Work Details Location: San Diego, CA Mode: Hybrid Responsibilities Senior Leadership Collaborate with the President/CEO on strategic vision, stakeholder relationships, and contracts. Coordinate with the Parent CFO on finance strategy. Provide financial reporting and guidance. Participate in strategic meetings and organizational planning. Analyze trends, forecast growth, and develop budgets. Ensure regulatory compliance and oversee IFRS reporting. Assist with new business development and funding. Attend Board and Committee meetings. Oversee 401(k) plan reporting and serve as a trustee. Team Management Lead financial strategy, planning, and forecasting. Manage capital market activities, financing, and M&A. Oversee fiscal reporting and daily operations of the finance team. Drive process optimization and team development. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; advanced degree preferred. CPA preferred. At least 15 years’ experience as a CFO or senior financial leader in a large organization. Experience with international accounting standards and high-growth environments. Strong communication, mentoring, and leadership skills. High integrity, initiative, and teamwork orientation. Fluency in French is a plus. Working Conditions Primarily office-based (80%) with occasional travel (20%) to North American offices, affiliates, and headquarters. Proficiency with standard office equipment and Microsoft Office Suite required.
