We are partnering with a privately held, highly rated specialty insurance group undergoing significant strategic growth. This organization is seeking a transformational finance leader to step into a key executive role, shaping the future of its financial operations and long-term performance.

The Opportunity

Join as the senior-most finance executive, reporting directly to the CEO. You'll oversee a high-performing finance organization (~35 professionals) and work closely with executive leadership to drive financial strategy, capital allocation, and reporting excellence across a multi-entity insurance platform.

What You'll Lead

Enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, and strategic reporting Investment oversight and asset allocation strategy Regulatory, GAAP, and statutory reporting Tax, treasury, premium audit, and financial controls Collaboration with rating agencies, auditors, and external advisors

Compensation: $400K base + performance bonus + full executive benefits package
