Job Summary

Under the direction of senior leadership, the College & Career Coordinator leads the development, implementation, and oversight of Career Technical Education (CTE) programs and college and career readiness initiatives across SIATech schools. This role ensures alignment with industry standards, regional workforce needs, and educational goals by coordinating CTE pathways, work-based learning experiences, and early college credit opportunities. The Coordinator secures and manages grants, builds strategic partnerships with industry and community organizations, and supports staff through professional development and program evaluation. Through collaborative leadership and data-driven decision-making, the Coordinator advances equitable access to high-quality career and college preparation for Opportunity Youth.

Work Year: July 1 - June 30; 215 Days/Year Location: Remote/Hybrid This position may be allowed to work remotely within California, but will be required to attend regular meetings in the Oceanside Central Office.
