The Position A leading global materials science company is seeking a commercial attorney or senior contracts manager to provide overflow support to their Chinese segment. The role involves reviewing, redlining, and negotiating NDAs and general sales agreements (automotive and electronics sectors), as well as supporting on SaaS agreements and MSAs for procurement. Fluency in Chinese and working knowledge of Chinese law are required. Assignments will be provided on an ad hoc basis, with an expected 2–3 day turnaround for each matter. This project starts ASAP, is ongoing, is fully remote, and requires flexibility to handle assignments on an ad hoc basis. The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $90 and $100. This range is an estimate; an employee’s compensation will be based on the employee’s qualifications, skillset, and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
