You will work closely with both their legal and sales teams to draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, ensuring transactions are completed efficiently and in compliance with corporate policies. Ensure transactions are completed efficiently and in compliance with corporate policies. Collaborate with legal and sales teams to facilitate deal closure in a fast-paced, global environment. Qualifications J.D. with admission to practice in the U.S. and bring 58 years of experience in commercial contracting, ideally within the energy, infrastructure, or technology sectors. Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills in complex commercial agreements are essential, as is the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
