Location Duties Handle a variety of complex commercial litigation matters, including case management, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation. Take a lead role in oral arguments and defend depositions. Participate in trial preparation and, ideally, take witnesses at trial. Work on class action defense and other representative matters. Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and clients, providing exceptional client service. Contribute to business development and engage in client-facing activities. Requirements 5-7 years of experience in complex commercial litigation. Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills. Extensive experience with discovery, depositions, and trial preparation. Case management experience and the ability to take on significant responsibilities. Exposure to class action defense or similar representative matters. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
