3+ Years of Business Litigation experience Experience with Business disputes, IP, bankruptcy, partnership, shareholder, or trade secret litigation Experience with employment ( wage & hour, harassment, discrimination) , product liability, or lemon law litigation is a plus Transactional experience is a plus Active and in good standing with the Bar in California
