Our Series C valuation is $1.2B. The Role As our Growth Marketing Manager (Earned Media), you will lead initiatives to grow our business through new programs, channels, funnels, and communities. You will manage customer and prospect messaging, audience building, and social engagement. Collaboration with demand generation, product marketing, design, analytics teams, and the executive team is essential. You will have autonomy to define and execute strategies for audience and business growth. What you’ll do: Build integrated programs to grow a loyal and engaged owned email audience Create a holistic social strategy to enhance brand following and internal influencer engagement Launch and develop new organic growth channels Implement measurement strategies to evaluate and scale programs quickly Identify additional opportunities for awareness and demand via content marketing, customer marketing, and activation of existing users Collaborate with demand generation teams to accelerate programs Partner with product marketing to amplify product launches and thought leadership Support founders in elevating their brands across owned channels What we’re looking for: 4+ years of experience in growing marketing channels or audiences Proven success in expanding owned audiences or followings across channels (Email, YouTube, Socials, Communities, etc.) Data-driven, process-oriented approach to channel management and results measurement Ability to create engaging, accurate content and programs Strong copywriting and design skills for marketing and product materials Ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes Excellent communication skills at tactical and executive levels High urgency for achieving company outcomes We value talent, curiosity, and motivation over experience years. The salary range is $130,000-$170,000 USD annually, location-independent under our remote-first policy.
