Are you a corporate or investment management attorney ready to elevate your impact? This expanding Private Equity & Finance team is seeking a mid-level associate (3–5 years) with demonstrated experience in investment management, private funds, and corporate transactional work. Join a collaborative, high-performing group advising leading fund managers, family offices, and institutional investors across the country.
What You’ll Do
Advise on the formation and structuring of open- and closed-end private funds.
Counsel investment advisers on complex regulatory and compliance matters.
Draft and negotiate investment management and sub-advisory agreements, PPMs, operating agreements, partnership agreements, subscription agreements, and side letters.
Support joint ventures, private equity and venture financings, M&A, and other strategic corporate transactions.
Collaborate with colleagues across multiple disciplines to deliver sophisticated, business-focused advice.
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of hands-on experience in investment management, private funds, or related corporate transactional work.
Strong drafting and negotiation skills with experience in complex fund documentation.
Excellent client service, written, and verbal communication abilities.
Team-oriented approach with the confidence to work independently when needed.
Bar admission in good standing in the jurisdiction of practice.
Work Environment This role offers a hybrid work model, allowing attorneys to work remotely two days per week while maintaining meaningful in-office collaboration and mentorship.
