We are assisting them in their search for a Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions Associate. You will work on high-profile deals in the technology and life sciences sectors while collaborating with industry-leading attorneys. This role is ideal for someone who is driven, thrives in high-stakes deal-making, and wants to grow within a top-ranked M&A practice. Ideal Candidate 3 - 5 years of M&A experience at a top-tier corporate law firm, with a strong focus on high-value transactions. Expertise in technology and life sciences sectors. Experience handling complex M&A deals, including due diligence, negotiations, structuring, and closing transactions. Strong deal sheet showcasing significant M&A transactions. Requirements Top law school credentials with excellent academic performance. Active CA Bar membership or eligibility to waive in. Detail-oriented and highly organized in managing multiple transactions. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to collaborate with clients and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.
