Corporate Paralegal/Compliance Associate (Private Equity) – San Francisco

Base pay range: $100,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

This role supports Legal and Compliance, including, but not limited to:

• Managing Code of Ethics
• Employee onboarding and offboarding, new hire disclosures, employee training
• Support with annual review and testing
• Fund formation
• Fundraising
• Anti-Money Laundering regulations (AML)
• Entity management

Experience: 3+ years of the above experience, ideally from a private equity firm or top AmLaw firm. Must be eager and motivated, a self-starter, and excited to learn.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the listed responsibilities or equivalent
• Experience in private equity or AmLaw environment preferred
