This is a permanent, full-time opportunity. The role is hybrid with a minimum of 2 days per week in-office. Fundamental Responsibilities include: Case management, analysis, strategy, and oversight Proactive communication with NFC team and NFC clients Preparing pleadings, motions, and responses to written discovery (including E-discovery) Attendance at depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial/arbitration preparation The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of substantive experience in employment law, be admitted to the California Bar, and possess excellent legal writing and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple clients, meet deadlines, and handle competing priorities is essential. Supervisory experience is a plus.
