Role overview As a Senior Manager in Technology Transformation Program Delivery, you will lead the delivery of technology transformation projects, manage timelines, costs, and quality, and guide both technical and non-technical teams to implement solutions. Your impact will shape the organization’s technological future.
Key responsibilities
Providing leadership and strategic direction across multiple activities.
Leading teams to achieve performance objectives.
Managing client relationships and revenue.
Travel as needed for client engagements.
Skills and attributes for success Deep understanding of project delivery methods (Agile, Waterfall), problem-solving skills, and experience with strategic client engagement are essential. You should also be able to:
Create strategic visions that guide business plans.
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Identify new revenue opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams.
Participate in business development activities.
Contribute to thought leadership and research.
Maintain industry and domain expertise.
Manage engagement delivery and economics.
Develop resource plans and budgets.
Engage with clients regularly.
Identify sales opportunities.
Minimum qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
5-7 years of Salesforce experience (Sales, Service, Platform).
Experience in solutions architecture, ERP, CRM, e-commerce, or related fields.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Azure, SharePoint, or similar platforms.
Strong communication and client service skills.
Willingness to travel.
Preferred qualifications
Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related fields; Master’s preferred.
Certifications in relevant technologies are highly valued.
