Responsibilities Manage and harmonize efforts across diverse data and AI disciplines, aligning delivery with strategic business outcomes
Bridge business and technology needs, translating complex requirements into scalable data platform solutions
Collaborate with EPAM leadership to shape strategic investments and innovation in the Data & Analytics domain
Establish modern cloud-native architectures with Databricks, Delta Lake, and Unity Catalog, creating scalable Lakehouse architectures
Lead cross-functional advisory and delivery teams, ensuring actionable insights and measurable business value
Develop and promote technological assets including blueprints, reference architectures, and accelerators for data modernization
Provide technical oversight while integrating AI/ML capabilities into data ecosystems, supporting proposals and effectively communicating technical solutions
Requirements Deep experience with Databricks (Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Workflows, MLflow) and modern data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture, including data lakes, lakehouses, data mesh, and streaming architectures
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and articulate technical strategies in business terms
A natural storyteller and communicator with a consultative mindset and ability to lead without authority
Experience in both pre-sales and delivery, capable of switching between execution and strategic advisory modes

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $160,000 - $228,000.
