Job Title: Manager, Web/Agentforce Data Enablement (Contract) Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite) West Coast-based candidates preferred Contract Duration: 6+ Months About the Role Salesforce is the Customer Company — and we're seeking a data-driven, strategic, and hands-on Manager of Web & Agentforce Data Enablement to join our high-impact Data Enablement team. In this key contract role, you’ll support our marketing and digital teams by transforming complex behavioral data into meaningful insights that shape business decisions and fuel customer engagement across web and AI-powered channels. You’ll work at the intersection of analytics, marketing, and technology — supporting executive decision-making, guiding analytics strategy, and ensuring projects are executed with clarity, accuracy, and business value. Key Responsibilities Conduct deep-dive analysis into user behavior across web and agentic (AI) experiences to drive marketing and product decisions. Design, build, and maintain reporting dashboards and frameworks using Tableau, serving stakeholders across Marketing, Growth, and Executive teams. Translate data findings into compelling stories that influence strategy and action at all organizational levels. Own the roadmap and execution for analytics projects — from data ingestion to visualization and stakeholder delivery. Act as a key point of contact for marketing stakeholders, aligning priorities and tracking analytics deliverables. Ensure data consistency, quality, and accuracy by partnering with engineering and platform teams. Support Agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog grooming, sprint planning, and testing/review of delivered features. Promote data literacy across teams and act as an SME on behavioral analytics, digital measurement, and agentic user data. Preferred Qualifications 7–10 years of hands-on experience in analytics, data strategy, or marketing/product insights roles. Advanced SQL skills and experience working with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery). Familiarity with web analytics tools such as GA4, Adobe Analytics, or similar. Proficiency in data visualization tools; Tableau preferred. Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in cross-functional environments using Agile/Scrum. Strong communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences. Bonus: Experience analyzing data from AI interfaces, agentic systems, or conversational platforms.
