Job Type: Full-time W-2 employment with salary, benefits, and potential equity.
Location: Preferably NYC or Northern New Jersey; remote within US, supporting all US time zones. HQs in SF, Seattle, NYC; team in various states.
Compensation: Competitive, with potential for equity.

Responsibilities: Assist in developing and optimizing models for brand performance metrics, including ad content analysis, revenue modeling, audience discussion clustering, and metric importance modeling. Support analysis delivery to clients, QA of junior work, conduct supplementary and custom analyses like financial modeling, sentiment analysis, and brand research. Serve as a technical resource on client and sales calls, explaining data collection and processing methods. Research and leverage data collection systems for brand performance insights. Develop automated data collection and processing processes. Manage data collection, processing, and presentation workflows. Create documentation and recommend process improvements. Manage full analytics project lifecycle from data extraction to reporting. Evaluate KPIs, generate reports, and suggest business updates.
Skills Required: Bachelor’s in STEM, computer science, business, or economics. At least two years of experience with advanced machine learning algorithms and statistics. Basic Python experience. Exceptional communication skills.
