Overview of the Data & Analytics Team Our Data & Analytics team develops and deploys advanced capabilities to drive client results. Comprising data scientists, engineers, and analysts, we handle the full analytics lifecycle—from understanding business challenges to creating data assets, applying analytical techniques, and visualizing insights. We also develop tools, mentor colleagues, and innovate solutions to complex problems. We are seeking a Data Scientist to join our growing team. The role involves executing complex analytics, building innovative tools, advancing technical roadmaps, and training team members. You will have opportunities to grow your skills and influence the firm’s analytics strategies. Responsibilities Support end-to-end data science projects, deploying machine learning models in cloud environments to solve business challenges. Guide clients in interpreting models and integrating insights into their workflows. Handle diverse analytical challenges, including data preparation, modeling, and visualization. Develop state-of-the-art analytical applications using current machine learning techniques. Collaborate on innovating apps, service lines, and data assets. Contribute to the development of analytical tools and ensure solutions are scalable and maintainable. Assist in client proposals and support team training on new capabilities. Stay updated on software, tools, and techniques to maintain best practices. Qualifications and Experience Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field. At least 2 years of applied data science experience with a strong foundation in machine learning and statistical modeling. Proficiency in Python, Spark, SQL, and familiarity with Alteryx and Tableau preferred. Understanding of machine learning algorithms, NLP, and optimization techniques. Experience deploying models in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and knowledge of MLOps practices. Ability to manipulate large datasets and communicate insights effectively.
