Role Overview We are seeking a DeFi Lending Analyst to help us refine, improve, and validate the Floe Labs platform. This hybrid role combines hands-on product testing, market research, and strategic feedback. You will be among the first to interact with our protocol, helping us shape the future of AI-driven DeFi lending. This role is perfect for someone who: Lives and breathes DeFi, lending, borrowing, and yield strategies. Wants early access to a novel protocol. Is comfortable giving sharp, constructive product feedback. Enjoys analyzing lending/borrowing mechanics and risk models. Key Responsibilities Protocol Testing & Feedback Actively review, test, and interact with the FloeLabs.xyz app. Provide 2–3 pieces of constructive feedback per testing cycle, focused on usability, risk parameters, liquidity mechanics, and overall user experience. Flag bugs, edge cases, and confusing UX. Market Research & Analysis Monitor DeFi lending/borrowing markets, protocols, and risk trends. Benchmark Floe’s features, liquidity structures, and UX against existing solutions (Aave, Morpho, Compound, etc.). Identify opportunities for product differentiation. Risk & Yield Assessment Evaluate how Floe’s intent-based design impacts risk, capital efficiency, and yield generation. Suggest improvements to borrower/lender flows, liquidation logic, and yield presentation. Community/User Insights Represent the “power user” perspective by surfacing frictions, needs, and wishlist features. Help us understand what drives adoption for both retail and institutional DeFi participants. Qualifications 1–3+ years of direct experience in DeFi lending/borrowing, crypto trading, or risk analysis. Strong understanding of AMMs, liquidity markets, collateralization, and liquidation mechanics. Familiarity with Aave, Compound, Morpho, or similar protocols. Analytical mindset with ability to quantify risks and yields. Strong communication skills: clear, concise, and constructive feedback.
