About the Role
We are looking for a Deployment Engineer to join our team and play a critical role in designing, implementing, and validating customer network deployments. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in network design who thrives on translating customer needs into robust, scalable technical solutions. You will have ownership of technical decisions during the design and deployment process and be instrumental in ensuring our networks are performant, resilient, and future-ready.
Key Responsibilities
Design High-Performance Networks: Develop wired and wireless network architectures using our internal design tools.
Lead Technical Decisions: Oversee all technical aspects of the deployment process from initial design to final validation.
Support Network Turn-Up: Troubleshoot and configure critical devices during deployment to ensure a seamless go-live experience.
On-Site Support: Visit customer sites for complex installations and validation when necessary.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with project managers, sales engineers, and product engineers to improve deployment processes and influence future product designs.
Qualifications
2–6 years of professional experience in network design or Tier 2/3 network support.
Proven ability to translate customer requirements into detailed technical solutions.
Strong knowledge of wired and wireless networking concepts, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Hybrid schedule: In-office Tuesday–Thursday; Monday and Friday optional.
