As a Digital Account Director, your core responsibilities will include: Client Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring their unique goals and messaging are effectively incorporated into digital fundraising programs. Performance Reporting: Compile and review performance reports, and communicate findings to management. Client Interaction: Attend meetings with clients, accommodating both remote and in-person settings as required. Copy Editing Assistance: Provide support in drafting, refining, and editing client copy to optimize impact. Project Traffic Assistance: Aid in the management and coordination of project workflow. Ops Management: Undertake the creation, testing, and distribution of digital links and fundraising pages, ensuring seamless coordination and communication with internal team members and external partners. Agency Collaboration: Communicate effectively with other agency partners to ensure a cohesive approach to client service.
