Overview
This hybrid role combines the responsibilities of a Global Operations Account Engagement Lead with those of a Transition Lead within Publicis Groupe's Global Operations team. This is a strategic, client-facing role advising and delivering solutions for our top multi-national clients to transition and establish best-in-class global, regional and local marketing operations.
Responsibilities
Transition
As a Transition Lead, you will be essential in ensuring the successful transition of new client business to Publicis and responsible for:
Overseeing and managing the full transition project lifecycle for new client business, from inception to implementation to delivery.
Outlining and managing the Transition team during transition, including Project Management, Capability leads, Global, Regional and Local Market leadership
Managing multiple project workstreams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with Publicis agency transition standards and client needs.
Maintaining a general understanding of Media, Creative, and Production workstreams' top-level processes, roles, and responsibilities.
Lead executive status meetings and track transition updates.
Providing Business Development support to develop transition summaries and plans to accompany pitch submissions.
Engaging with clients and internal agencies at the Executive level.
Acting as a skilled consultant with the ability to teach and guide other resources on the transition process, toolkits, roles, and responsibilities.
Account Engagement
As an Account Engagement Lead, you will be a strategic client-facing leader who:
Performs detailed assessments, identifies root client challenges, and compiles summaries of gaps and opportunities.
Identifies and packages Publicis Groupe operational solutions to address new and existing client needs.
Compiles strategic client recommendations, pricing estimates, scopes, and any additional follow-up material through approval.
Directly manages solution scope and delivery within agreed-upon timelines to ensure proposal milestones are achieved and is ultimately accountable for program delivery.
Manages client executive and internal client stakeholder communications, relationships, and expectation management.
Coordinates global operations project management, solution SMEs, and product teams to ensure the timely delivery of operational solutions.
Possesses an understanding of SOW builds, language, and processes to secure account scopes.
Key Skills
Strong leadership skills, able to manage and direct large transition teams across global, regional, and local market levels
Ability to manage issues or “at-risk” situations quickly with decisiveness and clarity before escalation
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment requiring problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong presentation skills, including compiling presentations and collateral to convey recommendations and spark inspiration
Experience working in complex, matrixed environments, managing multiple stakeholders
Willingness to step in where there are gaps to keep the process moving smoothly and on pace with target timing
Ability to adapt and pivot in processes as account needs require to ensure success throughout the transition
Qualifications
8+ years of agency experience in consulting, operations, client-facing account management, OR client-side marketing roles
Strong experience with project planning, management, and delivery
Proactive self-starter who is detail-oriented and can work independently
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Flexible and open to role changes/evolution and taking on new/additional work outside of the role scope as needed
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and persuasion skills to develop, manage and maintain client relationships
Strong presentation skills, including the compilation of presentations and any collateral needed to convey recommendations and spark inspiration
Ability to navigate and lead across multiple Publicis agencies, regions, markets, and workstreams in a coordinated effort
Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, Smartsheets, or equivalent project management tools is a plus.

Compensation Range: $132,715 - $190,680 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
