Grid Dynamics (NASDAQ:GDYN) is seeking a Director, AI Solutions, EMEA|Americas to lead the AI practice development in these regions. We need a result-oriented thought leader to drive innovation, capability building, and pre-sales activities across various industries. Essential functions Technology Strategy and R&D: Develop reusable assets and service offerings for Smart Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Customer Experience, and Employee Productivity. Collaborate with marketing and sales to bring solutions to market. Practice Development: Lead and mentor senior technologists, develop methodologies and playbooks, and manage relationships with technology partners and industry analysts. Consulting Leadership: Lead consulting engagements, pre-sales, architecture assessments, and discovery workshops. Manage programs for Fortune-1000 clients and lead teams of architects, SMEs, and engineers. Delivery: Coordinate with the delivery organization to ensure tools, technologies, and processes improve the quality and efficiency of clients’ AI and data platforms. Qualifications Experience in generative AI solutions in domains like Customer Experience, Employee Productivity, Supply Chain, or Smart Manufacturing. Understanding of GenAI architectures, development, and tooling. Knowledge of LLMs/VLMs, prompt engineering, multimodal solutions, and security. Experience with deep learning, NLP, traditional ML, and AI/ML platforms including MLOps and LLMOps. Proven track record managing enterprise-scale AI/ML programs. Deep domain knowledge in Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, or Life Sciences. Leadership experience with senior technologists, and client relationship management globally. Preferred skills Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure). Hands-on with GenAI applications, PyTorch, and data engineering tools. Knowledge of MLOps tools like Vertex AI, Sagemaker, Databricks.
