Consultant - Data & Finance - Leadenhall Search and Selection A global consulting client is seeking a Director to lead finance transformation and digitization programs for mid-market and enterprise clients. This role is based in San Jose (hybrid, ~2 days/week in office) and offers the opportunity to work directly with CFOs and senior executives on strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end finance transformation programs covering operating model design, process optimization (R2R, P2P, O2C), technology enablement, and analytics. Advise CFOs and executive teams on digital roadmaps that deliver measurable business outcomes. Drive the adoption of automation and advanced analytics to enhance forecasting, insight generation, and performance management. Manage large, multi-workstream programs, ensuring effective change management and benefits realization. Mentor teams and support capability development across transformation engagements. Originate and expand client relationships, contributing to the growth of the U.S. practice. Candidate Profile 10+ years of consulting experience with a strong background in finance transformation and digital enablement. Proven track record of delivering process redesign, technology adoption, and performance improvement programs. Strong executive presence and experience influencing senior stakeholders. Commercial acumen and a history of developing and expanding client relationships. Knowledge of ERP/EPM platforms (Oracle, NetSuite, D365, etc.) and experience with distributed delivery models desirable.
