Director IT, Legal, HR, & Other Functions (Finance) As a Director of IT for Legal, HR, and Other Functions at Honeywell, you will shape IT strategy and lead initiatives for these departments. You will provide strategic direction, ensure alignment with business objectives, and partner with senior leaders to understand their needs and offer IT guidance. Your role involves developing IT policies, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting organizational growth. You will report to the Senior Director and work from Morris Plains, NJ; Charlotte, NC; or Houston, TX on a hybrid schedule. This position impacts Honeywell's Advanced Materials division by optimizing IT processes, enhancing data security, and driving digital transformation to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and achieve better business outcomes. Requirements: At least 8 years of experience in IT management or related roles. Proven leadership in managing IT teams. Strong knowledge of IT policies, procedures, and best practices. Experience in IT strategy, project management, and technology solutions. Understanding of HRIS applications and integration with other systems. Proficiency in managing HRIS software. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills. Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations. Valued Skills: Proactive, results-oriented approach. Strong organizational and time management skills. Discretion with confidential information. Knowledge of local IT laws and regulations. Experience in manufacturing or tech industries (preferred). Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build stakeholder relationships. Desired Skills: Experience with Oracle HCM and other HR systems. Vendor management and contract negotiation skills. Project management and team leadership experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage and update HRIS applications to meet organizational needs. Ensure seamless integration of HRIS with payroll, attendance, and talent systems. Collaborate with HR and IT teams for process improvements and system enhancements. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security laws. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts. Lead HRIS-related projects from planning to execution. Maintain accurate Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Build and sustain relationships with stakeholders to meet their requirements.
